Incredibly friendly. I felt like I was their only customer! Everything went smoothly, on time, even quicker than I expected and they did a great job! Even caught that my inspection was about to expire and took care of that, too.

Always a good experience when having my vehicles serviced. Been going to Craig’s for about 20 years. I’ve never had a bad experience. They always provide excellent diagnostics (with pics and compare the results with the recommended levels from manufacturer) and provide me with solutions before starting work. Work is done in a punctual manner. Never more than a day in my case. You can drop off and pick up your car on your schedule. They have various payment options so you don’t have to go during working hours to pay for their work. They are a little more expensive but I have no problem paying for good service and quality of work. If you’re on the fence, take a chance, Craig’s will not disappoint you.

Amazing service! Professional and courteous, explained everything thoroughly. Gave me a loaner car for day of service. When I coincidentally had a rattle going on, after they had done the service, they asked me to bring it back in and even though it had nothing to do with the work they had done they fixed the issue free of charge. Would definitely recommend them, and I will definitely come back.

My part was in before we all thought it would be. Guys had a loaner car for me to use and they were finished with my car in record time. Will continue to have them work on my car when needed.
