After having our car in a dealership's service center for three weeks. They lied to me about the A/C blowing cool air. This is the third year we have tried to get some answers. We brought the car home, my wife found Craig's, so we called explained and brought the car in. Craig's did the same diagnostic test the dealership said they did but Craig's took it one step further. The test showed a little low on freon and two caps missing. they drained the freon and mixed with enough new freon to fill it up, but they took the extra step, they added a dye to spot leaks. It has been almost three weeks since we picked the car up. Air is doing fantastic, and we are very happy. Thank you, Craig's Car Care, If any of you are reading this and having car problems, call Craig,s. They will treat you with respect and dignity, they are professionals. Thank you, Craig's, we are very happy and will return if more situations come up.

Craig's Car Care always does an excellent job with anything we send their way. We had an issue with the ABS module that we replaced on our truck and Craig's figured out there were actually two error codes and replaced the wheel speed sensor that was faulty due to some slight rodent damage that was hard to see. ABS light is off Truck is Safety Inspected and on the Road.

Very disappointed in this place, over charged, didn’t replace a filter they said they did & charged $166 for then argued about it when I went back to get my money back. I will never go back!

Good afternoon Peggy, I am sorry you were not completely satisfied with your last service. We were not arguing with you and while we were refunding your credit card (you did not want a check)we were only asking for information to understand what happened and to take a look at the filter the other shop installed. The pictures form our vehicle health inspection of the service we preformed shows the pictures of the old dirty cabin air filter and then we replaced it with a new clean one. Both you and I had only the word of the second place you said you took it to with no photographic evidence of the filter they said was not replaced, in fact we called the other shop in McKinney to ask them if they had a before and after pictures and they said "We replaced the filter based on age and mileage not from a pre inspection" . The filter they put in was theirs not ours so we will never be able to show you in person other than the photos we took (we do not replace just on age and mileage, we first look to see if the filter is in need of replacement. We would not replace a clean filter. . So even after 27 years in business and a very positive online reputation that we have earned from our clients trust and faith in us, we still take any clients concerns very seriously and ask for help in verifying our checks and balances to continue providing all of our clients the best service. Again please accept my and our family's sincerest apologies for any frustration that took place and we appreciate your bringing this to our attention.
