My part was in before we all thought it would be. Guys had a loaner car for me to use and they were finished with my car in record time. Will continue to have them work on my car when needed.

First off, I couldn’t believe how clean and well kept the office is. That shows pride of ownership in a business to me. The report summary of work needed was highly detailed with pictures illustrating the issues. I had a lot of confidence in their assessments so I had all the work done. Like us, they are a family owned and local business with excellent Google ratings. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

After a heavy pour of rain 🌧...water somehow found its way into my car through the closed sunroof. I noticed it had pooled near my shifter and of course I cleaned it before driving...but after a few min on the road, my car fritz and turned off. Once I knew there was more to my situation, I called Craig's Car Car and spoke with Jamie. I explained to him my issues and welcomed me to bring my car in. After the tow truck dropped off my car...I was explained by Jamie what's to come and would have me up and ready as soon as possible. After their electrician inspected my vehicle, I was advised that water had fallen into my transmission shifter...😓 But nothing had to be replaced.🙌🏽 They cleared the water and the codes my dashboard was giving off and I was back on the road. They also cleaned out my water drain lines from the sun roof in hopes that this doesn't happen again. They are a blessing and know how to take care of their customers. I am thankful to have found them.

Whether calling or texting, they communicate well. Greatly appreciate their ease of doing business with. Their inspection and detail they provide is awesome! I called and spoke to Jamie about prioritizing. So easy to work with. Great integrity as we walked through 'must have' and 'can wait'. Not a money grab. Greatly appreciate them being here local and easy to work with.
