Excellent experience w Craig's Care. They treated me very well on an evaluation and repair therefore I returned for complete coolant and brake flush. Very happy with results.

Their commitment to customer service was an extremely pleasant surprise. Everything was detailed both verbally and with photos. Justin answered my questions quickly and accurately. No service was performed without my prior approval. I can’t think of ANYTHING to complain about! Great job all the way around.

Very pleased. Needed an ASE Master Mechanic inspection of my 1965 Cobra replica in order to complete my application for Texas Custom Vehicle plates. Service was friendly, prompt, efficient, and cost was reasonable. Inspection was thorough, with pictures. Got the car and necessary documentation back same day.

Needed an inspection for my car. The attendant said it would take about 10 minutes. After about 7 minutes, my car was ready. They offer a comfortable waiting area. Overall, a very professional and expedited visit. I recommend Craig's Car Care.

Craigs Car Care may not be the flashiest automotive repair shop in North Dallas but you wont find another shop in this area with their automotive repair skills and business integrity. Whatever your make, model, or repair complexity, you can be confident that Craigs will perform the work correctly and for a reasonable price.

As everyone said about this place that they have very nice customer service; I agree. I left my car at their place for headlight issue and they offered me free ride to my home. I was looking for cheap fix as I wanted to keep my car only for next 15 months. They advised me to replace right side whole headlight assembly and I have no plan to spent that much money. My car headlights works fine but there is leak in right side one and gets some moisture & water contents. I have decided to go with current headlights. They also did diagnostic check for free and they didn’t charge any money during this first visit.

This is like the 3rd time I have pulled into this place to get an inspection and nobody comes to my car to help, one worker walked right by me and another one was right in front of me. I’ll never be back.

I think you have this business confused with another. We don't have a drive up lane. The only cars that have pulled up today and yesterday were all dropped off for service. Please recheck the location your referring to. Thanks
