The night before your visit, your keys were left in our night drop without an appointment being made online or by phone. Because of this, we had already scheduled clients ahead of you who did have appointments, which is why your vehicle was completed later in the day. When an appointment is scheduled in advance, we can often provide complimentary transportation options—such as loaner vehicles, shuttle service, or Lyft—to make things more convenient. At Craig’s Car Care, we focus on thorough maintenance and safety over “quick” oil changes. Every service includes our 60-point digital inspection, which is emailed and texted to our clients to ensure peace of mind about the safety and reliability of their vehicles. We appreciate your understanding, and we hope to better align with your scheduling needs in the future so we can deliver both the quality and convenience you expect.
