I work for need it now contractors came to Craig’s for a delivery and found a screw in my tire they patched me up on the house …. Lord knows how to insert great ppl in your life and I want to thank you guys ….🙌

My family and I was driving from GA to Celina for my niece high school graduation when my car's air conditioner stopped working in Alabama. I called them and told them about my situation and they stayed open pass their normal operational to repair our car to us back on to the graduation. I highly recommend this shop and very thankful for their commitment to their service to their customers.

Matt really took care of us! My daughter's tire blew out. Come to find out that all her remaining tires had way to much air in them and the spare didn't have enough. Unfortunately, they didn't have the tire we needed in stock, and we needed one urgently, however he referred us to a decent used tire shop. I will come back to Craig's Care Care again for other car troubles!! Thank you so much! I appreciate you helping us out with our issues!!

I took my car in for electrical diagnostics because I thought there was an issue. They ran thorough diagnostics and informed me that everything was in working order, so they didn't charge me the $200 I was expecting to pay. This is the level of service and honesty you'd never get from a franchise car repair shop. I moved out of state but highly recommend and anyone looking for a local repair shop!

Car was due for yearly maintenance and the service was excellent. They drove me home and came back later to get me once the car was ready. Price points and details were very well documented and explained. As a six year Lexus the cost was three times less than taking it to the dealer where they always try to work on something that really wasn’t needed, but make you think you do. Highly recommend!
