They kept me promptly updated with how repairs were going and what needed to be done. Their full diagnostic report is very helpful. They even glued a loose tire accent piece back for me I had duct taped back on😅

We found Craig’s Car Care from a reference on Facebook after rodents got in our daughter’s car. From the phone call to picking up our repaired car, the staff was friendly, professional, honest and quick. As a female, I often feel like I’m being taken advantage of but not at Craig’s. The respect and transparency the staff treats you with is remarkable. I appreciated the pictures of the necessary repairs, the suggested future repairs so I can plan for those and the assurance of the safety of the car gave me such peace of mind.
