Craig’s customer service is excellent! It’s rare to find capable and caring professionals who bend over backwards to assist you. For example, I had my car serviced and the next day went out of town. I accidentally went off a high curb and was unsure of next steps, so I called Jamie. He found a local mechanic for me. Problem solved within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Craig’s Care Care!

I CANNOT recommend this place enough. They are probably the most honest repair shop I have ever dealt with. Just last week, I took our truck in for new brakes and they literally told me we didn't need them and that our brakes were just fine. I mean, seriously. Any other shop would have replaced everything and taken the money without question. Seriously, trust these guys.

My car was shaking like crazy coming to work at 7 in the morning. I was able to walk right in and they assured me they will get it all worked out. 2 hrs later they sent me a very detailed list of everything they looked at and a few things I needed done so my car will run normal. Told them to go ahead with the repairs and they told me my car will be ready later that day. I was in complete shock. They absolutely fixed my car at a good price and it was so fast! I do recommend Craigs Auto Car and I will be bringing my vehicle back if I have car problems down the road.

I was driving from Georgia to Plano and my air conditioner was not working properly. Craig's car care was able to diagnose the problem, ordered the parts and fixed the problem.
