Took my 2021 Chevy 2500 hd in for some transmission issues and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue along with much needed general maintenance. Will be bring all of my vehicles here from now on. Thanks guys for making the process smooth and efficient.

I took my truck to the guys at Craig’s car care for a coolant leak that I suspected was a failed radiator. They tested and confirmed the issue. They communicated well and once I gave them the green light they got the job they f replacing the radiator done quick and for a reasonable price. I would recommend this shop and will be back when and if needed.

I took my 2016 Honda CR-V after it crossed 100K miles. Craig’s place was recommended to me by a friend. From the initial call to picking up the vehicle, the service was as excellent! They did a thorough diagnostic on the vehicle and let me know through photos and videos what I need to address immediately, what I can wait on, and systems and parts that are working properly needing no intervention. They even provided me a loaner and stayed in touch through the process. I expected the cost to be a little less but when compared to the service and work performed, I didn’t mind spending a little more than my expectations. Don’t get me wrong, their cost is comparable to other shops and less than the dealers. After I got home the evening after I picked up the vehicle, I received a sweet thank you in the form of Tiff’s Treats cookies! I think I found a shop I can trust and plans to drive my Honda to past 200K! Thank you Craig and Jason!

Called to have a radiator looked at since the local dealership said I needed a new one costing almost $2300. Jason got me right in, said they’d have a look and gave me a loaner so I could run my errands. Less than 3 hours later he said the vehicle was very healthy and they did not indicate any pin point leaks in the radiator. I’m feel so lucky to have found good and honest mechanics. I’ll be a lifetime customer and I’ll tell everyone to come see Jason and the crew!
