Truck was repaired on the day and time I was told it would be. I've had no more problems at this time. Overall I'm pleased with Craig's Car Care. I would use them again and I have told others about this business.

I am a new customer and can only offer a (positive) first impression. I do suspect, however, that I will be able to build a long-term relationship with this shop.

For anything beyond an oil change, this is the only shop I’ll allow to touch my (and my family’s) vehicles. I’ve always known that the ‘cheapest’ usually winds up being the most expensive in the long run, but that more often helps you to know who to avoid, rather than who to trust. These guys are it. They’re the ones to trust. Only wish I hadn’t pulled my hair out and wasted inordinate amounts of money at lesser shops before finding them.

Hi! What I experienced last Tues at Craig's...was not only Car Care but Excellent CAR CARE with 2 capital "C's!!! I had been there before, but this time I went in thinking I may have to replace my brakes. They gave me a ride home & then picked me up again ( Driver- great job)when car was finished, which I greatly appreciated as I had a very busy week & needed to be back home while they were servicing my car. They had it about a half of day & then called & gave me the report. To my delight, I didn't have a brake problem!! Thank the Lord. But they checked out the whole car with pictures, etc & explanations of what to look for in future, and alerted me about an axle problem. This was a new experience for me & appreciate all of that which used up their valuable time. I went home thankful for my experience...And if that wasn't wonderful car service, then I don't know what is? Thank You Craig's Car Care!!! Love All the "J J Boys!!! Linda Freeland

Best Car Repair Business Ever! Jason and his team are awesome. Drop off my care for a brake job, they had a loaner car for me at no cost. I received a detail report of all the good and bad with my car which included pictures and videos. Customer services was awesome! They even changed my oil and did my inspection. They will even remind you when those item are due again. This is the perfect repair shop for single ladies, you don't feel if they are trying to get over on you with extra repairs and cost. It's all lined in the report. I highly recommend to everyone!
