I brought my car in with some pretty big issues that they were able to fix with really high quality labor and parts in only a day! They are fast with amazing customer service and they gave me a ride to and from work. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a shop. They care about your vehicle as much as you do, and give you all of the data and updates you need to know what they are doing to your car and when they are doing it. Definitely found my go to mechanic shop here in north dfw.

I've taken my GMC here for a couple of years now since being referred to them by some good friends. Jason and his team have always provided me with great service and care of my vehicle! My most recent visit was to take my son's recently purchased pre-owned Jeep for a multi-point inspection. Again, Jason and his team were very responsive and provided great service! I always feel that the servicing explanations, pricing and turnaround times are accurate, fair and expedient. Keep up the great work!

Because my truck is several years old, I could not get it repaired at places that only use new parts. Thankfully, Craig's Car Car has experience to handle older vehicles and sent my broken part to be rebuilt. Turn around time was good. They were professional and extended themselves to help every way they could.
