These guys really know what they're doing and show you in great detail what your car needs. Then they will make the repairs you decide on and inform you of any other repairs you may need sooner or later. Those will be optional for you to decide on. When I received my car back it now drives like it's brand new again even though it's a 2003 model. The investment I put into those repairs are well worth it! So when I picked it up, I dropped off my 2nd car on the spot. These guys are reliable, extremely thorough, very professional and most of all, uniquely competent! What a breath of fresh air!!! No problems as usual. We've been taking our company vehicles to Craig's for awhile now and the experience has always been more than adequate. This is the first time I've taken my wife's personal vehicle - no surprises, everything went like clockwork. Good job guys.

Very Trustworthy shop. Craig, Parrish and crew are all great. Unlike other shops that i've experienced where they attempt to get you to spend money that you don't have. They respect the fact that you just need a vehicle for A-B nothing more. In the past when I asked what more they would suggest I do to fix up my car Craigs Car Care provided a VERY DETAILED bumper to bumper inspection sharing what was highly recommended to purely cosmetic. The name really says it all, Craig Cares about you and your car.

Great experience going there right from the start. Matt and Parrish were extremely helpful and diagnosed my truck problem and fixed it with no delays or issues. I would recommend them to anyone needing car or truck repair. Great place! Great people Tgey T

I rate the service I received at Craigs Car Care as 4 1/2 stars (out of 5). The only thing lacking from my second visit was, I called asking about the status of the repair instead of the other way around. I feel confident about the work done and will come back again. Also, spreading the word about the good work this shop does.
