Update 02-09-2016-Took the 1973 Grand Ville in to have new rear coil springs installed. As always, super service and great price. They are the best I have ever used. Update 06-12-2015-Took the 1973 Grand Ville convertible in to have tires I got from tire rack installed and an alignment and oil change. Once again the team at Craigs did an excellent job for a great price. All tires mounted, balanced, spare changed, alignment, and oil and lube were all completed quickly and correctly. THANK YOU Older Review: Craigs is the best repair shop I have ever used...hands down! From my 1973 Pontiac to my 2004 Envoy, they do everything, are honest, and very highly skilled. They saved me $2400 vs the Cadillac dealer on an oil leak The dealer wanted to replace the gaskets but the technician at Craigs tightened the bolts and the leak virtually stopped. They are highly recommended.

I've taken our vehicles to Craig's since 2005. Their mechanics are talented and knowledgeable and very thorough. Our vehicle is ready when they said it would. They call me immediately to get my permission if they find anything they didn't expect, which is great because I can delay the fix if I want to. There are no surprizes! They treat me with respect, and I can't ask for more than that.

Great people working here. Took my car in for a quote on fixing my ac and they did a great job taking care of me and helping figure out what repairs needed to be done.

Step one is to get a good solid diagnostics with the testing to determine if it is mechanical (Freon leak or compressor) or electrical (switches/computers or other electrical components.) Step two is taking the year of the car and the milage then looking for the best repair options for the long run to make sure it stays fixed without any shortcuts that can ruin a new repair. Craig's Care Care did a great job on my 2004 Silverado. I needed water pump and A/C work; the job was completed ahead of schedule and on quote. Clean shop with good people, highly recommend them.

These guys really know what they're doing and show you in great detail what your car needs. Then they will make the repairs you decide on and inform you of any other repairs you may need sooner or later. Those will be optional for you to decide on. When I received my car back it now drives like it's brand new again even though it's a 2003 model. The investment I put into those repairs are well worth it! So when I picked it up, I dropped off my 2nd car on the spot. These guys are reliable, extremely thorough, very professional and most of all, uniquely competent! What a breath of fresh air!!! Very Trustworthy shop. Craig, Parrish and crew are all great. Unlike other shops that i've experienced where they attempt to get you to spend money that you don't have. They respect the fact that you just need a vehicle for A-B nothing more. In the past when I asked what more they would suggest I do to fix up my car Craigs Car Care provided a VERY DETAILED bumper to bumper inspection sharing what was highly recommended to purely cosmetic. The name really says it all, Craig Cares about you and your car.
