Do not go to this place. If you are reading these ratings trying to decide to go to this place or not, I hope this will keep you away. I went in to this place to get diagnostics for a problem on my truck, and they charged me $200. That's $200 just to tell me what's wrong with it. When you call them, they won't give you any info, they just tell you to bring it in. And guess what? Yep, it's $200. They are rude and jump on you if you question them. The City of Allen used to send their work trucks to this place, but got tired of Craig's Auto Care cheating them. They tell the workers they did an oil change, when they didn't. That right there should warn you enough. Stay away from these guys. Very unprofessional
Hi Adren, I'm sorry we were not able to meet your expectations on this visit. I remember on the last visit 07/01/2017 you had just had your motor replaced by another shop when you were out town and we upset with how it was running. We also ran test on that visit and replaced a failed ignition coil and it was running very well after that. On this visit 09/30/2017 you said it was still running perfectly but the check engine light is on (about 3 months later)we ran the necessary test and the they came back to a failed catalytic converter and also some evaporative codes that needed to be looked into further.. Also part of your request was for us to find a power steering issue. You declined to replace the catalytic converter or any power steering parts you were upset about price only in the security video i watched and listen to with you at the counter. You were the one that was aggressive and rude The staff also offered to not charge you any money for the testing that was requested and authorized by you to be performed but you declined. The failed catalytic converter may be due to age (15 years old and 196,386 miles), the past misfire from the bad coil or from whatever happened to your old motor you had replaced out of town. I would very much like to discuss this with you in person or on the phone. As for your Libel claims about the city of Allen Contract you are 100% wrong. We full filled our 3 year contract in very good standing. We received a very positive end of contract report.
