Nobody else touches our Honda. I would say that Craig's integrity is as high as their experience and willingness to fix a car right. They fixed a NOX emission problem in less than a week on a 1993 Oldsmobile. Last year another repair shop worked on the car for 4 months and the repair was low quality. Craig's did a high quality repair and the car passed the emissions test. Craig's fixes cars right the first time.Reply: Hi Mike. This really means a lot to the guys here. Professional. I took a horse trailer to be inspected. Had to make a second trip due to emergency brake not working from low battery. They explained what I needed to do and that they would be able to pass the trailer once that was done. How in the world did they get a high rating? I called about getting my truck looked at and they spent the next several minutes talking me out of it. There is nothing wrong with my truck and that just confused them. I call it preventative maintainance since every diesel on the road has a leak or gets very dirty. A smart person would keep out in front of problems. No, thats not a good idea here. They tried to convince me to go to a different shop and everything. Dont worry, I will. I have never begged for anyone to to do work for me and im not starting now.
