There were several great reviews of this company so I called to give them a try. That's as far as I got. When the guy (Perry or Percy, something like that) answered the phone, he was pleasant enough, but when I started to go into what I had and what problem I was having with it he sighed very deep almost as if I was annoying him. So I asked," I'm sorry, do you have time for me to go over this with you?" To which he replied.."Well yeah, I mean, do you plan on dropping it off with us?" Hahaha Nope, not now. If you don't have the time to speak to me about my car and my needs, why the heck would I ever leave it with you?
Hi Mitchell, I am sorry to hear you had a less than positive experience when calling to ask a question. When you call you should receive a positive helpful voice on the other end. When an employee used to have a family tragedy we would allow them to decide when they should come back to work, as when it was right for them. Since this review and given it's timing we believe it was too soon and have since set mandatory time off after an employee experiences a loss of this nature. My apologizes and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
