WOW! I haven't experienced this level of service in so long I can't remember . The staff is friendly, curtious, and attentive. I was selling my 04 BMW to an out of town buyer which had flown in from Lubbock, I thought my car was perfect but come to find out after the test drive the lower radiator hose began to leak go figure, an embarrassing situation to say the least since I had portrayed the car to be in mint condition. It was late Friday afternoon so I called Craig's Car Care not expecting much this late in the day. After explaining my dilemma to Martin I told him that I needed the car done the following day as early as possible. He said to bring it in and he would do everything he could to have it looked at by the end of the day and to have it completed for Saturday, he mentioned that getting BMW parts on the weekend can be challenging but if they were available he would figure out a way to make it happen. I dropped it off Friday evening not expecting much and was surprised when he called me that evening before leaving work and said they verified the failed hose and also the technition found an air intake boot that had cracks and splits in the rubber and that it should be replaced to avoid running issues with the engine. He also told me they had located the parts at the dealer but they didn’t deliver on Saturday’s and he would send a runner to have them picked up for me and to relax and enjoy the evening. Martin assured me they would have the car ready for Saturday. I was so relieved and pleasantly surprised when he called me late Saturday morning and said it was ready, I figured it would be later that day before I got it back. Kudos to Martin and the staff at Craig's Car Care for bailing me out of a tight spot, you have earned yourself another customer for life!
