Great Techs, Photo document process and explain thoroughly how and what needs to happen with vehicles. Counter staff are friendly and promote Family Atmosphere.

The pictures really help to show what is being talked about, especially when the customer cannot be here with us at the same time. E mailing this report complete with the pictures and then being able to work together with the customer to come up with a plan on the best way to repair their car and in the most affordable way possible. I have been going to Craig's Car Care for more than 5 years. Recently I went in order to get my state inspection. Not only was it done correctly it was done in less than 20 minutes! The staff is especially friendly and very accommodating. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
