I have been going to Craig's Car Care for more than 5 years. Recently I went in order to get my state inspection. Not only was it done correctly it was done in less than 20 minutes! The staff is especially friendly and very accommodating. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

We had Craig's inspect a 2002 power stroke diesel before we purchased it since we are from northern Pennsylvania. The pre purchase inspection was impressive we received more than we expected. We recommend their service to anyone !!

Seriously love these people. They are so consistent and make things easy for us. We store it RV here, get our cars maintained here. They are clean, organized and so super friendly... most importantly they truly care!!

10-21-16 Update: Parrish and Matt really helped us this week when we were in a bind. We accidentally left extra keys for our other vehicle with them and my wife needed them for a meeting. They ran our keys over to us without hesitation. We have found their competency and customer service levels to go above and beyond. Thank you guys for going the extra mile for us. Matt and Parrish were excellent to speak with and were patient in answering my numerous questions. They explained the issues my car was having, some of which I was already aware of. They worked with me to fix the critical items and were not pushy at all in trying to get me to commit to some of the secondary items since I will be getting rid of the car in a year's time. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will definitely be bringing the rest of my family's vehicles in for repair and maintenance. I came in on Friday morning after having my car towed to Craigs with a broken steering knuckle and I feel the need to explain my experience here. A few years ago I worked for Craig and I feel like I left on bad terms because I did not get along well with a few of the employees and I quit without notice for my seasonal landscaping business. This is important because I had the feeling like I was not welcome back. I had no choice but to go to Craig's because of the proximity to my house. I was treated well above what I deserved, and the courtesy and professionalism I was shown from a team that I wronged speaks volumes about the kind of service you will get at Craig's Car Care. And to top it all off, I was shown a smile at the door by Craig himself like he was greeting an old friend. I left feeling like it was water under the bridge. Well done, guys. For everyone reading this, Craig's is THE place you want to go to get your car serviced, and at a fair price to boot!

I have taken my wife's Chevy Tahoe, and my Dodge Ram 3500, with a diesel engine, to "Craig's Car Care" on more than one occasion. I was very impressed with their knowledge of both of these vehicles, and their effort to get us up and running as soon as possible. I met the owner, Craig Zale, and could tell this man has a lot of integrity. His entire staff was friendly and made you feel at home. I will definitely be back when the need arises.

My son had his Honda serviced here and was very happy with his experience. I just took my new Mustang in to get some new exhaust pipes installed. Wow, they did it in record time and it sounds great! Thanks Craig!! That was a year ago. I just had them upgrade my exhaust on a 2017 F250, Great job, thanks!
