Greg, Thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate the conversation and opportunity to have these discussions. Over the past 20 plus years we have been seeing a progression with the sophistication and advancements in the automotive industry with regards to the level of training, equipment and the particularities of the parts that are required today and will be required in the coming years, for a professional service industry like the auto repair business is experiencing today. For example, we have more than doubled our training budget as well as regularly adding to our testing and equipment for performing these repairs and services. With a goal and commitment of repairing vehicles for long term reliability with quality we also insist on using the best parts available, this can mean not just a new part but the best new part we can put on a customer’s vehicle, because we know from past examples that not all parts are made the same in form, fit and function. The benefit to operating at this very high standard is longer parts and labor warranties, a business that will be here for our customers for the long haul, superior customer service, having very well-trained people to work with you on a service plan, Convenience and flexibility without sacrificing quality or safety. All these benefits have an investment attached to them. Our vision is to: Promise to exceed our customer’s expectations with the best service and repair. We will perform our work as passionate professionals that have earned our customers loyalty, and our reputation as the best in the automotive service industry Our mission statement is: To properly service and repair our customers vehicles through training, empathy, transparency and integrity. Perform service and repair in the most affordable way possible but do not cut corners on safety and reliability with peoples second biggest investment. We have set a very high standard for ourselves because this is what we believe our customers their families and their vehicles deserve. We did not get "great at troubleshooting and service" by accident but rather invest heavily in being and staying this way. If price is a customer’s focus for safely and reliably rolling 3,000 to 10,000 pounds of machinery down the road then we may not be for them. For the person that that wants and insist on properly, fully and professionally maintaining their machines at 100% than we are that shop and will work passionately, honestly with integrity, empathy and transparency meet that goal.
