The best auto repair shop I've ever used! They are professional, respectful and quickly get right on our cars when I take them in. They have very professional, state of the art technological equipment in their shop to give us the best diagnosis possible and they go the extra mile to see that I'm pleased with the job. Communication was very good. Time to repair vehicle was good and price to repair was so so. I just feel the Labor cost was high.

Good Morning and thanks for your review, Your feedback is very important to us and I would be happy to address the labor thought. I was going to look at your specific service but did not recognize the last name and could not locate your visit in our database to tie this review to a particular repair. In general labor prices is based on what it cost to have the best and most well rounded technicians that have the correct tools and equipment for working on your car. We send them to formal training classes every month to keep up with the latest technologies our clients are driving everyday and also train online every week (very few shops even at the factory level can say that) We have Master level technicians that have achieved regional recognition for their technical skills. Our technicians are a very experienced group of professionals that each have 20 to 35 years experience. They are well equipped to make sure they have the correct tools to perform the jobs on our clients vehicles that we entrust them with everyday. They are paid to go to training, have insurance, and have earned the right to be correctly paid for the incredible work they do to provide food and shelter for their family. I know when they care for our clients they are not having to guess at repairs or cut corners because off a lack of proper tools. In that sense their labor is a bargain. I do appreciate your comments and your business plus we are always looking at ways to save our clients money by making sure we can properly service their vehicles in the most affordable way possible without ever sacrificing quality.
