Read our review guidelines A-OK. I took my car for the first time. Its ok facility. Noting early shattering in terms of service other than the fact that they have a fancy email sent out with all the issues. They took a preautorization to spend up to $200 to diagnose the problem and fix any repairs and the fix ultimately costed me $400. The same problem was diagnosed by a different facility prior to me coming here was diagnosed for free in less than 10 mins. In essence you are a captive customer since you approved $200. Bottom line Cost is not cheap and other facilities in the area have lower price and free diagnostics for sure. Even oil change is expensive almost double the walmart and other areas. Nice people but definitely not at all competitive in terms of pricing. I don't plan on going back

These written documents are also a great way to see trends in how things in your car or truck are wearing overtime and serve as a great way to plan for when to expect future needed repairs or when it may be getting time to replace a vehilce before a very expensive repair is required. Being able to have long term relationships with building transparency, honesty and integrity is what we have been building since 1996 along with a superior warranty of 3 years or 36,000 miles that is covered nationwide by over 17,000 Napa Auto Care Centers. As you point out, being able to provide these additional services,warranties and well trained experienced automotive technicians, no additional fee loan cars or shuttle rides can all have a higher cost associated with them for a higher level of service.
