Over the past several months my 2006 GS 430 has experienced a complex but not uncommon (Lexus/Toyota) electrical issue which causes almost all dash warning light indicators to illuminate. In my case, disabling random components (trunk release, gas cap release, sometimes climate control) but without evidence of any technical/mechanical failure actually occurring. Having installed high-performance manifolds, headers carburetors, shifters etc. on my vehicle as a kid I’m somewhat mechanically competent. However, in this particular case, any repair facility that lacked integrity, I would be at their mercy. Focusing on Lexus/Toyota focused repair facilities, I did my homework and found Craigs Car Care. The reviews proved true. Craig and Matt were fantastic. They communicated after every diagnosis test by phone and email. When it became evident that multiple hours of testing and labor intensive investigation would be required (in my car’s particular case) they offered to invest some of those hours for their own education that would benefit future customers. This was a first and an experience that I was compelled to share! The problem was ultimately diagnosed and repaired. The cost was beyond reasonable and I’ll refer all my fellow Lexus enthusiasts to Craigs’s Car Care!
Thank you Max for the glowing recommendation and we were glad we could be of service. We like a challenge and this one was a very interesting one. Lexus and Toyota are some of the best built most dependable cars and trucks on the road today. We appreciate your business and working together to get this fixed for you.
