Reliable, and honest. I have taken 5 different vehicles here for service or maintenance. They will give you a overview of everything that is recommended and the things that are a must! Your choice, but you can be assured that you will only be offered service on things that need servicing, completely honest team there. You can find cheaper service and products but now on two occasions when I took the cheap alternative, I wound up back there to correct the concern. I moved here from out of state and have no motive to support them other than my experience with there service.

I knew I had a couple of things that needed work. The vehicle inspection they do showed several more but they were great and didnt force any repairs same day. I like that they send you a report and you can keep track of work that needs to be done. I will be checking those items off this spring.

My caddy had a phantom drain which was causing my car battery to die after sitting for awhile without being run. This was an older car and the part was not readily available. Craig's called multiple places until they could find the part. The car had to stay with them for a week, but they put me in a loaner car during that time. They were very professional, pro active with full reports on my car and always informed me of what was being done. I highly recommend Craig's!

Showed me exactly what was wrong with my car including pictures. They quoted a reasonable price to fix it and had me back on the road same day. Thanks, fellas!

Always quality repair

Always outstanding service, trustworthy and thorough, I've been taking our cars here for a couple of years now, and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I brought my car in for an inspection, but their inspection machine was broken and were waiting on the new machine. The company they purchased a new one from was delayed several weeks in sending it. Matt offered to take my car to a different business to get it inspected, but I wanted to wait because Craig's Car Care is my one and only mechanic and I WILL NOT go anywhere else, so we continued to wait. In the meantime, I asked if they could do a vehicle health inspection just to make sure all was well, since it is an older Corolla. He found that it needed two new tires, so he called around and found the best price. I approved the tires and they put them on. Also, it had a belt that was making a lot of noise, completely on his own without mentioning it to me, Matt checked the warranty on it, and found that it was still under warranty, so he replaced that as well free of charge. After all of that, he emailed me to let me know everything was complete. When I came to pick it up, he explained that they did have to take it to another business to do the inspection, but they did it all for me! If that wasn't enough, Matt explained that Thad buffed out the car's headlights because they were cloudy, Robert spray painted the rims, and Markel fixed the front bumper because it was hanging down and broken (at no cost to me). I have been a loyal customer since 2013. What always makes Craig's Car Care stand out is how much attention they provide in getting all of my car needs met. They always take extra time in helping me understand what needs to be completed. It takes time to find a mechanic that is both knowledgeable and personable, as these days we all in general feel like we are just a number. I can assure you that you are not just a "number" to the staff at Craig's. You will be treated with respect and care in getting all of your questions answered and getting your vehicle in the utmost shape, in a very professional manner.
