Today around 10:15 am with the temperature hovering around 12 degrees, Craig’s Car Clinic agreed to run a diagnostic on my misfiring Ford 150, after explaining they would have to close at noon because of inclement weather. There was at least 4 inches of snow already and more was expected. Sure enough they found 2 wires that were chewed by a squirrel causing the engine to misfire. As a long time healthcare RT, who depends on my truck to drive 20 miles to work this was unsettling news. I was going to have to rent a vehicle to get to work during the winter blast of 2021. They said, “hang on, let’s see what we can do.” At approximately 11:45 that morning they had repaired the crucial wires and the diagnostic ran clean. I can’t say enough about the service and am grateful to have a dependable car repair shop close by. If the rating allowed, I would give 6 stars!
Good Morning Roger, We appreciate you and the very important work you do. We are glad we could be a part of the chain that helps to keep medical professionals like yourself on the road so you can continue to save lives. It was our pleasure to be of service.Stay warm and safe out there.
