The pictures really help to show what is being talked about, especially when the customer cannot be here with us at the same time. E mailing this report complete with the pictures and then being able to work together with the customer to come up with a plan on the best way to repair their car and in the most affordable way possible. I have been going to Craig's Car Care for more than 5 years. Recently I went in order to get my state inspection. Not only was it done correctly it was done in less than 20 minutes! The staff is especially friendly and very accommodating. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

10-21-16 Update: Parrish and Matt really helped us this week when we were in a bind. We accidentally left extra keys for our other vehicle with them and my wife needed them for a meeting. They ran our keys over to us without hesitation. We have found their competency and customer service levels to go above and beyond. Thank you guys for going the extra mile for us. Matt and Parrish were excellent to speak with and were patient in answering my numerous questions. They explained the issues my car was having, some of which I was already aware of. They worked with me to fix the critical items and were not pushy at all in trying to get me to commit to some of the secondary items since I will be getting rid of the car in a year's time. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will definitely be bringing the rest of my family's vehicles in for repair and maintenance.
