I took my 2016 Honda CR-V after it crossed 100K miles. Craig’s place was recommended to me by a friend. From the initial call to picking up the vehicle, the service was as excellent! They did a thorough diagnostic on the vehicle and let me know through photos and videos what I need to address immediately, what I can wait on, and systems and parts that are working properly needing no intervention. They even provided me a loaner and stayed in touch through the process. I expected the cost to be a little less but when compared to the service and work performed, I didn’t mind spending a little more than my expectations. Don’t get me wrong, their cost is comparable to other shops and less than the dealers. After I got home the evening after I picked up the vehicle, I received a sweet thank you in the form of Tiff’s Treats cookies! I think I found a shop I can trust and plans to drive my Honda to past 200K! Thank you Craig and Jason!
