I took my 2016 Honda CR-V after it crossed 100K miles. Craig’s place was recommended to me by a friend. From the initial call to picking up the vehicle, the service was as excellent! They did a thorough diagnostic on the vehicle and let me know through photos and videos what I need to address immediately, what I can wait on, and systems and parts that are working properly needing no intervention. They even provided me a loaner and stayed in touch through the process. I expected the cost to be a little less but when compared to the service and work performed, I didn’t mind spending a little more than my expectations. Don’t get me wrong, their cost is comparable to other shops and less than the dealers. After I got home the evening after I picked up the vehicle, I received a sweet thank you in the form of Tiff’s Treats cookies! I think I found a shop I can trust and plans to drive my Honda to past 200K! Thank you Craig and Jason!

Called to have a radiator looked at since the local dealership said I needed a new one costing almost $2300. Jason got me right in, said they’d have a look and gave me a loaner so I could run my errands. Less than 3 hours later he said the vehicle was very healthy and they did not indicate any pin point leaks in the radiator. I’m feel so lucky to have found good and honest mechanics. I’ll be a lifetime customer and I’ll tell everyone to come see Jason and the crew!

I had my later model Mercedes in because the app was telling me the battery was low. They looked at it and saw that the battery was just fine and when I went to pick it up, they didn’t charge me a thing. They have done a lot of work on our previous cars from wreaks to in laws accidentally backing into them. Cosmetic and engine work!! These guys definitely know what they’re doing!! I always have a good feeling when our vehicles are serviced at Craig’s!!

Their service was friendly, courteous, and timely. You sometimes dont get from a dealer, especially timely. Their diagnostics are very thorough. If you do need work done, the prices are more competitive compared to the dealer. I would definitely use them again for any of my service needs, especially if your vehicle is not under manufacturer warranty. The service provided was for my 2019 Ford F150 Raptor.
