The work they did was ok, however I asked them to check my suspension, and they did NOT and lied about it. Now I'm looking at a suspension repair, immediately after a $4,200 repair bill. In addition, they would NOT honor their $50 off coupon. And also, their technician left grease all over my visor on the driver's side and on the inside of the window frame (on the fabric) on the passenger side. I am definitely unhappy with their service. Not to mention being overcharged! 😡

I'm getting started right now researching what all took place and will reach out tomorrow if that's ok with you. We do not lie,we also perform our complementary inspection every vehicle that comes in. This includes looking at steering and suspension. I’ve brought two vehicles here and have been impressed by their honesty and professionalism. They correctly diagnosed a major issue with my old Subaru and advised against spending money on repairs that wouldn’t make sense. When I recently had a newly purchased vehicle inspected, they thoroughly checked it and confirmed everything was in good condition, and didn’t even charge me for the inspection. Basically, they prioritize integrity and customer relationships over upselling. Highly recommend.

Found and fixed our problem caused by a rodent. Staff was very friendly and provided a ride for the wife to get back home.
