2 or 3 years ago, this facility brought my 2007 GMC up to date with several procedures. They were so professional I decided to hand over our Nissan for a repair that the Nissan shop was overcharging and were not especially concerned about assisting us. These guys are great 👍.

I went to Craig’s Automotive today after getting a $234 misdiagnostic from Kia. Craig took the time to just listen to my 2020 Kia Sportage and was able to fix the problem within 15 minutes, and it did not cost me $234. To have done what Kia recommended would have cost me an additional $1,194. The customer service was amazing! Thanks Craig’s Automotive!
