Where to begin. They charged me $35 more for a diagnosis than was quoted over the phone. My wife took my son to pick up the car and she didnt know so she paid it. When it came to suggested repair, the price for the part they quoted me was double the price of the most expensive part I could find anywhere else. I actually found it at a dealership for over $500 (60%) less. For labor, they quoted me 3 hours at $290 per hour ($100 per hour more than the dealership) to change out a cooling fan. Beware of your bill and check it carefully. And maybe get a second quote just to be sure

We wish you would have called us first to talk about the problem where we could have made it right. Regarding the diagnosis charge, we sincerely apologize for any miscommunication about the pricing. We strive to be transparent, and we'll be reviewing this internally to ensure better clarity moving forward. In this case, it looks like the testing was $180, however with shop supplies, as well as the part needed to continue testing (30 amp fuse that was blown) along with tax added onto the repair order causing the price to go up, and for that I apologize. . If the additional $35 is too much for the multiple hours worked to diagnose the vehicle, along with the shop supplies/fuse part, we will refund your money. While we understand pricing can vary, we take pride in offering high-quality parts and professional service, backed by a 4-year/40,000-mile nationwide warranty for your peace of mind. We also provide complimentary loaner vehicles and shuttle service to make repairs as convenient as possible. We do not know what the dealer was quoting you (just the fan motor or the whole assembly with fan shroud, blade, and motor), we order by VIN numbers everyday and the parts suppliers can still get the wrong part to us and sometimes at vastly different prices. But like food it will cost less when you buy a part directly from a supplier and you the buyer assumes all the liability of the part and any labor to install it. Yes, you can go to the local Wal-Mart or Kroger and buy food at a fraction of the price vs going to a restaurant where you will pay $2.60 for a soda that you can buy for 00.88 cents, it is a similar comparison for the burger and fries. Do you 1 star McDonalds for this? They, like all business charge more for the service they physically do and guarantees offered, pay the staff, pay taxes, provide insurance and so on. It's true that prices are rising across the board, and like many businesses, we're adapting to those changes. However, we never want anyone to feel unsure about a bill, which is why we encourage client’s to ask questions and review everything in detail before approving any work. At the end of the day we are still a family owned business that cares about yours. Where we may not have the buying and selling power of the national chains to sell things as cheaply online as they do, we do offer one of the best service experiences anywhere. We are transparent, honest, and stand behind our work. We have over 470 5-star reviews on Google alone. We take every review seriously and positive or negative review each one for how we did great or where we could have done better, yours will be no different. We have been doing this for nearly 30 years, we are not AI, we are real people that have bills just like everyone else and charge only what we must to provide our clients the best service experience and meet our financial obligations, like what you do for your family.
